Welcome to CuteSign. By using this website and services, you agree to these Terms. We provide signature generation, lifestyle photo creation, subscriptions, and invite rewards.

2. Your responsibilities

• You must have the legal right to use the submitted name/content and use the service lawfully.
• Do not use the service for illegal, infringing, or harmful purposes.
• Do not attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or abuse the API/system.

3. IP and content usage

You may download and use generated results according to the product rules once you have the required entitlement. You may not resell or re-license the service, or our models and technology.

4. Payments and refunds

Payment and subscription rules are shown on the Pricing page and at checkout. Refund policies, if any, will be stated in the relevant page/order; otherwise they follow applicable laws and payment provider rules.

5. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service.
